Returns

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged please notify us within 3 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Contact our customer service team with your order number. Include a clear description and photo of the defect or damage. Once verified we will provide instructions for a return or issue a replacement.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Products that have been opened ,used or shown signs of tampering.

  • Items returned without prior confirmation from our customer service team.

Returns

  • All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped.
  • We are currently not accepting returns of dashboard polishes ,sprays any liquid item and microfiber towels 

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund

  • Refunds will only be made in the case of a sold out item .
  • Refunding policies take 3-5 working days.
  • Shipping fees are not refunded.
  • We do not offer cash refunds. We will send you a gift card for the amount spent minus the shipping fees.
  • We do not offer refunds on purchased gift cars.
  • Sales and discounted items are not eligible for exchange, return or refund under any circumstances.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item please contact us within 3 working days of receipt.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
